Mr Atwal is a true professional, from the initial consultation, on the day of surgery, and through to the aftercare provided. He listened to my concerns and fully addressed the questions I had regarding the surgical procedure. On the day of surgery, Mr Atwal completed his pre op checks with me early in the morning, fully explaining the procedure again and answered a few additional questions I had, whilst helping to reassure his anxious patient. During recovery, I required additional pain medication and he was available immediately over the phone when the nurses tried to contact him. He returned post op to provide an update on the successful surgery and explain next steps with rehab. Mr Atwal is extremely efficient, perhaps sometimes a little too efficient, however the level of service he provides is outstanding. He is a great communicator and I would certainly recommend him to anyone else.

Personally, I had a positive experience with Mr Atwal, the surgery I had was a tibial tubercle osteotomy and a key hole operation. It was completely successful in relieving my pain. It was completely frustrating when previous doctors and physiotherapists were unable to provide a solution. Mr Atwal took the time to explain the surgery, the recovery process to me and any of the complications, which helped to alleviate any fear or anxiety. He also played it safe with my physio program, which in turn helped to prevent me from injuring my leg any further. I am very grateful for Mr Atwal and this surgery for relieving the pain that I never thought would go away.

Mr Atwal was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He listened to my concerns and and explaining risks where relevant. Our meetings were not rushed and he explained the procedure in as much detail as I requested. He was always pleasant and personable in conversation with good humour.
